Hydraulic depollution

Depollution_Hydraulique

The main cause of failure of a hydraulic circuit is the presence of free-flowing particles in the hydraulic fluid. These particles are generated during maintenance operations or during construction of hydraulic networks (silica, textile fibres, filings …) or by the destruction of operating bodies such as the pumps, valves …

Hydraulic depollution consists of eliminating pollutants by closed-circuit high-speed circulation in the networks through filters with a filtration threshold chosen based on the level of cleanliness required.

The decontamination of hydraulic networks on industrial sites

Control of hydraulic depollution is performed either continuously with an electronic particle counter (according to standards NAS 1638 and ISO 4406) or by analysing a sample by microscope counting (according to standard NF48651).

Hydrochem has several independent filtration units tailored to our clients’ facilities. These units are equipped with 3m filters and have a capacity of 200 L/minute at 53 bars up to 2600 L/minute at 12 bars.

Depending on your installations and your constraints, different processes can be used to carry out the maintenance of your networks: hydraulic depollution, hydraulic flushing, ...
